Straighten Your Paths LLC is insured, bonded, and a Christian organization founded on Proverbs 3:5-6. We believe in partnering with local missions to provide for our neighbors.

	Our Mission: To serve as a positive presence while providing organizing and housekeeping solutions during chaotic and uncertain times.
Introducing... Patty Horton "Margin in your home is margin in your mind." Patty founded Straighten Your Paths in 2002 after 16 years in the corporate arena where she mastered her organizational skills managing day-to-day operations including revenue and expense flow for multi-million dollar companies. She has recruited and managed teams of 4 to 40 people while planning and implementing systems to help her teams reach their goals. Patty is a commissioned Stephen Minister and has walked alongside many care-receivers providing Christian care to those experiencing grief, divorce, terminal illness, job loss and loneliness. "Often traveling through life, people with needs suffer silently or don't find the level of care they need," says Horton. "This can eventually lead to disorganization and an overwhelming feeling of not knowing which direction to turn next." Her passion for helping fellow travelers journey through life inspired the rise of Straighten Your Paths.
Meet... Dawn Schneider "Do you really need to hang onto that?" Dawn's recent experience as Missions Director for one of the fastest growing ELCA congregations in the nation, combined with nearly ten years of executive sales experience for a Fortune 500 corporation, has more than equipped her to handle circumstantial chaos. Most inspiring is her devotion to her family. Her compassion and patience with raising two sons -- one with special needs -- and being married to an efficiency expert are beyond study. Dawn's strong faith and empathy for many sources of stress place her on the ideal path to serve as an organizational coach for anyone feeling life's burdens in the 21st century.
Get to know... Dee Yersin "It's about serving... serving you is what we do." Dee gets it done! In addition to her extensive experience mentoring and scheduling a staff of 25 in a children's ministry environment, Dee also led the curriculum and recruitment efforts for volunteers within the pre-school program supporting more than 500 children on a weekly basis. Her ability to focus on project goals, organize an action plan, and execute are three of her greatest gifts. At the same time, she stays in step with her active family of guys -- two sons and her husband -- all seasoned boy scouts. This family unit is grounded in their faith and works together serving one another.
